1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jjok ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services available at jjok.ws. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jjok. By completing the registration process, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
jjok reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. These Terms apply to all services offered through jjok.ws including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any future products added to the Platform.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Access to and use of jjok is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions. By registering an account, you represent and warrant to jjok that you meet each of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter.
- You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
- You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services.
- You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
- You do not have an existing active or suspended jjok account. Only one account per person is permitted.
- You are not acting under any self-exclusion order or similar responsible gaming restriction that prohibits you from accessing gambling platforms.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of services on jjok, you must register for a personal account using a valid Bangladesh mobile number. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information and to create login credentials that are unique to your account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any activity by third parties who access your account with or without your knowledge.
Account Registration Requirements
- Provide your real full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number at registration.
- All information submitted must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
- You must keep your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password or mobile verification codes with any other person.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify jjok support immediately at [email protected].
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
jjok may require you to complete KYC identity verification at any point, including before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of the mobile number or bank account used for transactions. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. jjok conducts KYC procedures in accordance with its anti-fraud and security obligations.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
jjok facilitates deposits and withdrawals through local Bangladesh payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank. All financial transactions are processed over SSL-encrypted connections. jjok does not accept deposits originating from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposit must belong to the registered account holder.
Deposit Conditions
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum single deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
- Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your jjok account balance immediately upon confirmation.
- jjok does not charge deposit fees on standard local payment methods. Third-party transaction fees imposed by mobile wallet or banking providers are outside jjok's control.
- Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your jjok balance. Contact support promptly if you believe a transaction error has occurred.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before the withdrawal can be processed.
- jjok reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Processing times depend on the payment method and local banking infrastructure.
- In cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, jjok may withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation. Players will be notified and given the opportunity to respond.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
jjok may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, and to the general conditions set out in this section. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for the duration of that promotion only.
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible promotion unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
- jjok reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including where jjok determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system.
- Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be transferred to another account or used for any purpose other than participating in jjok games.
- Players who participate in multiple accounts, use third-party software to gain unfair advantage, or otherwise abuse promotional systems will forfeit all bonus balances and may have their accounts permanently closed.
6. Sports Betting and Gaming Rules
All sports bets and casino game sessions placed through jjok are subject to the rules of the specific market or game in question, as determined by jjok and the relevant game studio or data feed provider. In the event of any technical error, communication failure, or data feed discrepancy that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, jjok reserves the right to void and refund affected bets or, where appropriate, to honour results that would have applied had the error not occurred.
Cricket Betting Specific Rules
- Cricket betting markets cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Markets are subject to suspension and settlement rules specific to each competition.
- In-play bets are accepted at jjok's discretion and may be suspended at any point during a live match without prior notice.
- In the event a match is abandoned, cancelled, or reduced in overs, jjok will apply its void and settlement rules applicable to that specific market as displayed at time of bet placement.
- Bets placed after the official start time of a match may be voided at jjok's discretion if the match data feed confirms the event has already commenced.
Casino and Slots Rules
- All casino games use certified RNG systems. Game outcomes are independent of previous results and are not influenced by bet size or account history.
- In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game engine's internal state and settled accordingly. jjok is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues outside its control.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or market information panel prior to placing a bet.
7. Responsible Gaming
jjok is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity. jjok encourages all players to treat gaming as entertainment and to set personal limits before each session. If you believe your gaming behaviour is causing harm to yourself or others, please use the self-management tools available in your account or contact support for assistance.
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within account settings.
- Session time alerts: Players may configure alerts that notify them when a specified session duration has been reached.
- Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
- jjok will not knowingly allow a self-excluded player to re-register or circumvent their exclusion period. Players who attempt to bypass a self-exclusion may have all accumulated balances forfeited.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jjok and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant legal authorities where applicable.
- Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register using your payment details or personal information.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
- Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
- Any attempt to launder funds, facilitate fraud, or use the Platform in connection with any illegal activity under applicable law.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
jjok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where jjok reasonably believes that any of the following circumstances apply.
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or responsible gaming obligations.
- jjok has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the account in connection with illegal conduct.
- The player requests voluntary account closure. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjok shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer or mobile device damage, whether based on warranty, contract, or any other legal theory, even if jjok has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jjok's total aggregate liability to any player for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform, regardless of the legal basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on jjok.ws, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, and the overall layout and design of the Platform, is the intellectual property of jjok or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of any Platform content without express written permission from jjok is strictly prohibited.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
jjok collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jjok uses your data solely to operate your account, process transactions, comply with anti-fraud obligations, and improve platform services. jjok does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. 13. Changes to These Terms
jjok may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jjok will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account — typically by SMS to the registered mobile number or by an in-platform notification displayed upon next login. The revised Terms will be published at jjok.ws/terms-conditions with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of jjok following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure by contacting support.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first seek resolution through jjok's internal complaint procedure by contacting support at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute. jjok will respond to formal complaints within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaint procedure, the parties may seek resolution through such other channels as may be legally available to them. jjok makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of jjok complies with all laws and regulations applicable to them in their jurisdiction.
